Default Wiring question

I'm restoring my 63 couple, adding vintage Air and also using a later model internally regulated alternator.

so - the question is what modifications are needed to specify for new wiring ? I am looking at 67 firewall forward harnesses and think that modifying a 67 w/AC harness is the best way to go, but not sure of what changes are needed to eliminate the external regulator. I know I can just jumper around the 4 terminal connector that goes to the regulator adn change the connector type plugging into the alternator, but dont need to complicate things with more wiring running around than necessary. There appear to be a couple fusibile links in this harness, but not sure how to address this in a modified harness.

Any guidance / pointers to contacts / experts here is appreciated. Planing to use stock 63 under the dash and rear harnesses. thanks in advance
