Congrats. Now that they decided to handle it in the best way from the standpoint of customer relations and reputation, how about confirming their identity? Seems to me they deserve to have it be known that they were willing to suck up the entire cost including shipping both ways for an out-of-warranty repair to a second owner.

Anybody can screw up. It's how they deal with it once it's presented to them that separates the good from the bad. Glad to hear they are reputable and honest.
