That's a beautiful car, SWC, silver fuelie. Should bring all the money. From here it looks legit, but (1) I'm not a pro vette inspector, and (2) I'm not up close and personal with the car.
And for high dollar cars, that's my only concern with BaT.
A single mismatched part can easily cost more than the money spent on a professional Corvette inspector, and potentially tens of thousands.
A couple of minor nits: The engine has been out - the stamp pad had paint on it, for a car of this price potential it's odd to me at least that the headliner wasn't fixed, the exhaust system appears to be NOM, and the wheels cannot be OEM on a '63 I believe. Can any of the FI experts here math the FI unit to the VIN and if so, how?
