Power Steering Conversion.
Just finished converting the manual steering to PS on my 65 Roadster.
Bought from a great seller on eBay. All GM OEM parts. Pump, Ram and Control Valve rebuilt by Lonestar with 5 year warranty.
Took me about 10 hours working on jack-stands by myself.
Extremely happy with it.

My box is good. Just followed the AIM.
measured toe before I moved the tie-rods to the forward hole and adjusted the tie rods after install to match.
Hardest part was separating the relay rod from the idler. Had to unbolt the idler from the frame and then separated it in the ground with a BFH no damage tie rod tool.

Did you change the arm on the steering box to a power steering arm? The manual steering arm will work, but can have interference problems in some instances. The manual and power steering arms are two different part numbers . . .

Could you post the link to the seller or PM it to me please? I'm wanting to do this conversion also.

I paid $1000 for everything shipped. Only item not included was the belt. I bought the PS belt from ZIP
No issues bleeding. Just followed the instructions that were included with the pump.
