Been looking for an old thread discussing the correct or best color for the green background in the C2 cluster but can't seem to find it. If anyone who has that info, I would appreciate it.
I used Krylon Catalina Mist/Satin. I have a half can that I won't need and you are welcome to it. Just have to jump through the hoops with the shipment of a flammable substance. Let me know
Can't recall where I bought it but the Catalina Mist was a good match to the satin light green on the cluster background.
Uh, disregard the X's on the can, I typically buy a half dozen cans at a time and like to mark up the one that's been opened/used.
Krylon Pistachio green available right off the shelf at Hobby Lobby
Found the Pistachio green, did a quick little spray, the Pistachio is pictured on the left, original on the right. After 50+ years of oxidation it is pretty close, I'll get everything stripped and painted today. Had to go to three places to find it, I guess a lot of people are restoring their C2 clusters.
