Having issues decoding a trim plate
so maybe this is proof that my eyesight is going, but for a Vette that I'm viewing at, the Trim and Paint codes aren't matching the docs that I have available.

Can't seem to find Trim code 418 nor Paint code 978
Could anyone help? It's advertised as a 66 convertible, black interior with what looks like dark green paint
