Do these tags look legit ? How can you tell what options (like power windows ext) does a 1963 have ?

The tags look OK to me. All you can tell from them is the build date (E2), black vinyl interior (STD), Sebring Silver paint (941) and which body number. The tags don't show which options it may have. Good luck!

A better quality (sharper) Trim Tag photo would help. Font issues with replacement trim tags are subtle and a much clearer photo is in order.

To add the above comments, if you have concerns about the VIN tag and how it is attached, the earlier years used spot welds instead of rosette rivets to attach the VIN tag to the Z bar.as this one is.

I can’t remember, do 63’s have ECL codes that help determine interior options?

maybe 65hihp will chime back in….

There's nothing in the tags or from paperwork available from GM to determine what options a car had unless you have an authentic build sheet that traveled with the car as it was assembled or an authentic dealer invoice. (Not until the late-'70s Corvettes does GM have paperwork available.) A thorough restoration, i.e., someone attempting to mimic GM, can do an undetectable option change, so it's anyone's guess, generally speaking, if a car actually came with what it has today.

if original door panels, may

be a date that lines up with the rest of the parts and build date. My 63 coupe has P/W . the console, wiring, unique door panels, conduit to protect wires from door. check date on motors.

of course all variable may be added or parts replaced. No ecl code on my trim tag. other than saddle saddle leather code 932a. Think in terms of constellation, other options may suggest PW also added. All circumstantial.

Agree with the 'authentic dealer invoice' that verifies original GM install...................which I have documented proof.

On the original posters trim tag one thing for certain the car could not come with air conditioning. The car is too early they didn’t start producing air conditioning till late in the model year.

Why is everyone speculating on this car. OP has been quiet since his first post.

This could be a 250hp, 3 spd car with nothing else,
