Serious, storage facility & CARS.. Couldn't help but notice all that conduit on the walls & the electrical box is that one of them “Big *** fans” as advertised it looks like a helicopter prop:-).. Are you standing on the mezzanine area to take that pic??

Yes, photo was from upstairs. Moved my offices into the 1st floor. 2nd floor lounge is for automobile enthusiast only 👍 Yes, it’s a big *** fan. Works great. Also have a thru-the-wall exhaust fan with a cross vent on the other wall - so I can run the cars with the garage door closed. (You can see the vent in the photo below. Auto open and close when the wall fan is turned on)
Eric,
I didn't know that you had died and gone to heaven...that is heaven, right?? Anyone would be more than elated and proud to have a facility like that to store their collection and have such space to work out of. Congratulations...very nicely done
Eric, that is some kind of toy garage you have there! That is one of the nicest I have seen. Absolutely incredible. It looks like it is in a warehouse district. Is it one of the new "condo's" they have going up around the country?
Wow.....that is some space! Give us more backstory!

The space IS a warehouse condo, but it's in an older building. I wanted space within a few minutes of my house, and they just don't have new warehouse space near my home. So, basically, I had to gut the entire 6000 square feet:
I felt it was worth it to save a long drive to work.
