emergency brake switch
I want to get my emergency brake warning light working on my 1960 Vette. Before I spend $100 for the switch and wiring I want to know how to install the switch. Is anyone familiar with the procedure? I think the switch bolts to the brake arm but I don't know exactly how. (also the wire routing) Thanks.

Thanks for the great pics and info. unfortunately it looks like I will have to disconnect a lot of wires to reach the bulb. Maybe I better just do without the light working. Thanks again.

If you have smallish hands you can get the socket in. Harbor Freight sells an 11" pliers with s circular end to grasp the socket to push it in. The rest is super easy. My parking brake flasher didn't work so the light stays on and doesn't flash when the emergency brake is pulled.
