CFOT is like the Wild West, if you wear your feeling on your sleeve it’s best to stay away.
It just takes a different outlook and attitude. CFOT is a great place to ask for info about anything you can think of. Your maple tree has funny spots? Want opinions on the best type of sump pump? What's the best place to stay in Acapulco? You'll find advice on all that and more if you just ask.
The flip side is it's the internet, after all, and you get all types. There are a lot of good people on there, and some abrasive ones too. If somebody breaks your *****, either ignore, or roll with the punches. Just DO NOT get butthurt, that's like poking a hornet's nest!
To access the OT we are familiar with, I need to be logged into the Corvette Forum, otherwise it does not show that forum accessible.
...this must be something new. I never had to be "logged in" before just to view "Off Topic". Seems like in the last few months I had to be logged in to see "Politics & Religion". Otherwise, it wasn't there to select.

Yup... that's what happened. I logged in and there it was. Thanks
I inadvertently ended up here, when intending to to enter the now exclusive to signed in members section that we've all come to love " Off Topic "
Since here, just a friendly invite to all here to join in the lively banter there. It's like a Frat House, once you get the gist of how it is, the pArTy never stops.
So if things get bit boring in this section ~ head on over ~ join the pArTy ~ you'll have more fun than a Corvette Club Gathering there for sure.
I come to the Corvette forum to talk cars, learn and contribute when I can. I am not interested in typical banter that I can have with anyone any day anywhere. Even tough I have a Facebook account it is only for people that may have lost track of me over the years to find where I currently live and my phone number. I am certainly not interested in the typical goings on there such as what someone had for breakfast.
