I have the Wittek #2 clamps for the radiator to expansion tank hose.
Can someone tell me the expansion tank short 3/4 hose to the T
and the bypass hose clamps #'s ?

The clamp in question was not Wittek, but American Stamping ('A' manufacturers identifier). Clamp size 10, 1-1/16" max dia. Originals are marked "A 4-1/2". Don't know about repros, but doubt if they're so marked.

Repro of the discussed clamp. As you surmised, close but no cigar. Clamp at surge tank to "T" fitting.
