66 327 engine stamp help

6103887 ft0t3he 300 hp mt flint block need help on tot3 ? Early a- smith body 0717 c-12 oct 65 ? Ser # 194376s103887 any help on eng stamp would be app thanks

Just taking a guess here. I would think you're misreading the "t". I would guess it's the letter "I" which is used instead of the number "1" in assembly stamps.

So... F1013HE is my guess, an assembly date of October 13. HE is 327/300 HP Manual Trans.

THANK YOU for the help , Car is a long way from home going by what I am being told on engine stamp. I HAVE Of Vec ID TAG and Photo's of trim tag show C-12 time built code body A.O. SMITH EARLY #0717 WITH SER 194376S103887 WITH THE C-12 BUILD DATE ON TRIM CODE BUT OCT 13 ON MOTOR WAS OCTOBER OF 65 A STRIKE TIME DID #'S GET OUT ORDER AT ALL , THE VIN SER # FITS WITH IN PRODUCTION #'S FOR BUILT DATE I wont be to check cast date till I get there, He says he can't get photo of ENG STAMP, Tying to make sure it's worth a long drive. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU FOR THE HELP IT'S BEEN AWHILE SINCE MY C-2 GOT AWAY TRYING TO GET BACK IN THE GAME

I think I got C-12 for A.O SMITH IS NOV 12 OF 65 WHICH WOULD WITH MOTOR FROM OCTOBER 13

For your comparison, R66 has a D13 (Dec 13, 1965 manufacture date) and engine FII23HE 3857174 (300 hp / 327) K225 (Nov 22, 1965). I think you have a good match with a November car.

C-12 for a 1966 A.O. Smith body = October 12, 1965
VIN 194376S103887 = Approximate build date of October 25, 1965
Engine assembly stamp of F1013HE (October 13) would work out nicely.
