Default Engine Numbers

I'm a new member who recently picked up a supposedly 327. Here are the numbers: rear of engine block - 3858180; right front of cylinder head - T0929HCH. I'd appreciate some feedback because I can't find specific information on the hp, and the "HCH" is a little mysterious as I cannot find it in the NCRS spec guide. Thanks for your help.

HCH is the code for a 1966 327 cu in, 275 HP engine with a Holley 4B carb, mated to a powerglide trans and was installed in a full size passenger car (Biscayne or Impala or something like that). The T indicates the engine was built at the Tawanda plant on the 29th day of the 9th month (Sept).

385810 casting number blocks were used from 64 to 67 to build 327 cu in engines (small diameter main bearing journals) with 2 bolt mains.

Not a Corvette engine look at the casting date on the driver side back of the engine and you can figure out what year passenger car it came out of.
