Just trying to replace cracked rubber shift boot with an upgrade leather boot…as usual find more than intended 😑. Clearly there was a previous repair (epoxy?). My ride is NOT original/show/NCRS. Just fun driver, part frankenvette. It seems the cracked left console arm and broken metal chrome trim are somewhat hidden under the dash and do fit together.
Q: Can this be repaired or should I replace? If repairable, how do I do so?

I feel your pain, BUT you will never get that console to be anything but functional, if that! I believe the problem is that there is always a bit of jockeying that piece back into place....I doubt an epoxy repair could survive a reinstall....Sort of like the Christmas Story "Fragilie Leg Lamp Repair......If you know what I mean.
An unbroken replacement is fairly easy to recondition..
Good Luck!! And if you decide to repair it.....WE WANT PICTURES!!!
