[C1] C! Wheel Differences

C! Wheel Differences
On my 1961 - I pulled all 4 wheels for new tires and found 3 different configurations:
- welded with open slots
- welded with closed slots (sandwiched with rubber?)
- riveted with open slots
Do the differences denote different Corvette years of manufacture or possible passenger vs Corvette?

I can only offer, as a kid in the early 60's, we took the riveted wheels, drilled out the rivets, flipped the center, and welded them back together. Instant 'reversed' wheels. On a budget.
