Need Help Finding Pictured Top Latch

The drivers side convertible latch (pictured) is broken and I'm having trouble finding the replacement part! Specifically, I need the the part that is attached to the frame of the top that pivots and secures a tight fit. Any suggestions as to where I might look, or who I might call are greatly appreciated.

Part #542007...but you have to buy a 'Pair' of them....$39.95

Part #432006 are the pins....same price for a pair

66jack, thanks for the reply and the link. However, it is not the part I'm looking for. I need the the movable lever that snugs the top down.
