Default Half Shaft Flanges

Which half shaft flange is correct for a 1967? Both pictured are for '63-'79. Is the top flange C2 and bottom C3? I know both styles will function the same. Thanks!

There is a part number on one. Both have "SPICER" on them.

Try this link to look them up...

Scroll down on the bottom right is the yokes category

https://spicerparts.com/parts?keys=&...n=5&category=2

Or this link

https://www.sp-spareparts.com/en/b/spicer-spicer-dana

Or

Call your local parts store that handles spicer, they can look them up for you.

Thanks. They seem to both be for '63-'79. I believe the style that was installed on C2s is the one on top in my photo.

63 had a different looking flange. 64-79 were the pretty much the same, if you are not building an NCRS car then a new spicer flange, available online or from any spicer distributor is the way to go.

I agree. However, I am building a NCRS car. I looked at restored and unrestored C2s and it seems that there is a mix of which flange is on the cars. I found a NOS pair of flanges that look like the one on the bottom of my picture and was wondering if it made a difference. I just noticed a difference and was wondering when the change was made. I think I am over thinking this. Thanks.

I believe the one on the left is the “unique to 63” flange
