The answer to your question can be found in the Lime Book which is posted in the "Sticky" section. I was bored, so I looked it up for you.
T0209CNV is a Tonawanda block assembled February 9, 1970. It is a 350cu in/ 250hp, two barrel, TH350 auto from a passenger car.
T0220GF is a Tonawanda block assembled February 20, ??? Could be any of the ones listed below...didn't come out of a Corvette.
