voltage issue

Unfortunately, the company is no longer in business.
I *believe* the regulators are adjustable.. But I think you have to bend metal to do it!!
I recall reading the procedure.. but it's not in ST-12.. I don't recall where it was!
EDIT: Update.. I found this PDF I had stashed away years ago.. Hope it help you!

The regulators discussed in the above are a two unit (for use with third brush generators) and three unit regulator designed for use with standard generators. This section can apply to (unmodified) C1 Corvettes.
As to the Delco regulators supplied with the C1 and C2 Corvette (shunt wound generator on C1 and 10DN alternator on C2) these are adjustable by following shop manual instructions. Few Delco regulators were adjusted because doing so won't fix a bad regulator, one with burned contacts or shorted/open coil(s). Few bothered with the time consuming adjustments and replaced them instead.
Today that is not so easy. Replacement electromechanical regulators available today are not built the same or nearly as well as the Delco originals. Adjusting one is usually fatal. A very slight bend or change in spring tension has a very pronounced effect that renders it worse than before. If you have an original Delco regulator you can try some crocus cloth between the contacts and see if they clean up. If you have a reproduction performing poorly you need another.
There is no solid state regulator made to replace the 3 unit regulator used with a generator on a C1. You have to find NOS or limp by with the shitty replacement sold at the FLAPs.
The solid state replacements usually work OK. All tend to overcharge, even the mechanical ones. My theory is this is intentional. The manufacturers know these are most often used with flooded cells (lead acid car battery) and flooded cells tolerate some overcharging.
I canvass swap meets on the hunt for original Delco NOS regulators. Nothing is better.

Unfortunately, Clover is no longer producing these products.
It's a shame because it was a great unit.. Reliable, easy adjustment, etc.
The documentation that came with the product was great.
Wish I had bought 10!
