I believe it's a true right-hand drive car (converted, not factory). The photo was taken by Andrew Richey and there are a couple others in his portfolio. https://www.andrewrichey.com/fashion/
You can see in the non-cropped first pic all the lettering in the signage is correctly oriented. I can't make out enough of the store's name to determine a location but the license plate (2nd pic) appears to show it's registered in Victoria. Richey is now located in Australia, so that's probably where the car is home-based.
Right hand drive or the photo is reversed? Yet, the ice machine in background seems correct? Then again the mirror is on the left and none on the right. Therefor I would say this is a right hand drive C1.

Gas fill is on the correct side so its a right hand drive I would think.
Perhaps it is a very classy drivers education car with dual steering. It sure doesn’t look like the 62 Ford drivers Ed car that I was
trained on in high school.🙄

Trying to imagine driving a 4-speed right-hand drive car, as I've never done it or even sat in one. Weird to shift with the left hand and certainly not as coordinated (muscle memory?). Are the foot pedals the in same orientation as LHD or do they get switched in any way to bring the clutch pedal closer to the trans and accelerator closer to the engine's centerline?

I drove a manual trans rental in Singapore for a couple of weeks--didn't take too much to get used to it. Pedals are the same (accelerator on the right, clutch on the left), shift pattern the same, you just shift with your left hand. And remember to drive on the left side of the road.
On Navy Reserve duty one year, I had to drive a "3 on the tree" right hand drive pickup in Japan. That was slightly trickier as I'd never driven a manual column shift at all, but not too difficult in the end. Challenging part there was not being able to read any of the road signs off base.

No its not weird to shift at all. From personal experience in a Ford Cortina in Scotland, in 1981. Nice little car. No problem at all shifting left handed. What WAS weird were the roundabouts. I was just getting comfortable with driving on the other side of the road, when......awwww crap, now what do I do? I grew up with "rotaries" in Massachusetts, and the traffic flow is opposite. My instincts almost got me in a wreck...lol

I, too, have driven a RHD and shifting w/a 4 on the floor w/my left hand, in Barbados, and drive on the "wrong" side of the road. The problem for me was coming up to intersections and needing to make a left hand turn, and trying to remember which lane to go into. Had to do it slowly so as not to goof it up.
A friend of mine had a RHD MG 1100 here in the states, back in the mid-1970s. I had no trouble at all driving the car, shifting with my left hand. I'm sure the task would have been more challenging if we'd also been driving that car on the "wrong side" of the road. It was a pretty cool little sedan, in a funky sort of way.
I drove in Jamaica in a rt hand car. Got used to it pretty quick, The problem was staying on the l. side, did that alright unto I hit a 5 street intersection and the Rt turn that I started to take was a one way. I had to make a circle in the middle of the intersection in heavy traffic!
Drove all through Ireland and Australia, it was the round-abouts that were my down fall. I had no trouble with the shift. I have a 3 speed healey with this pattern:
2
3 1 reverse
The box has 4 gears but first is so low it's blocked out.
2020 Corvette of the Year Finalist (appearance mods)
C1 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019
Lots of good answers to this, and I too had a hard time in Scotland on the wrong side of the road. A 40 year habit of looking to the left first at intersections almost got me clipped.
I noticed that the outside mirror is on the wrong side for a right side drive car.....unless Azzie's have two mirrors mandatory.
I never noticed she's not even squeezing the gas dispenser but it's obviously a staged picture. Way too many clothes for Azzie's hot climate.....
I haven't been feeling that well lately, hence my absence around here but I hope to bounce back soon. thanks for noticing.
