Default Radiator replacement

Just ordered and received a DeWitts 1966-67 Direct Fit Brushless Combo radiator. My automatic trans with factory AC under these high outside temps just simply overloads my engine temp, so I coughed up the money and bought this DeWitts.
They are real proud of their product with what I paid for it. My question is do I need to remove the old fan cowling when I remove the old fan, or do I leave it on to make it look semi-original? Not sure of this because I have not had time to remove
the new unit from its shipping box. Here's to hoping that it fits well and keep my engine at optimal temp in this scalding weather. 1966 Coupe with auto transmission and factory installed AC. Thaks for your help.

If you can leave it on to retain the factory look yes . . you might call Dewitts and see what they suggest.
