Aprox birthday from the C2 Registry calculator is July 12, '63.
I have your '63 recorded as originally being Black/Saddle but now being Red/Black.
Is that correct?

I won't ask how, but neither of those color combinations were determined from the vin.

There's a long-running thread ( https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...upes-left.html ) creating a database of surviving '63's. I'm guessing that car is already noted in there with info on its color.
