So learning the hard way there are a few difference between a 63 frame and the 64-7 frames. Can someone tell me the exact differences and why they changed the items after one year?
63 had solid body mounts thus a higher body mount frame perches. Plus I think the parking brake cable mounting to the frame is one year only. And each year after had subtitle parking brake mounting differences plus other things
Thanks Keith.
are the mounts made taller and welded on the frame in the same location or are the mounts the same for all years and welded to a different height on the frame?

all body mount locations are the same, except the heigth if the body mounts on the '63 is higher and the '63 and '64 have an additional set of (2) body mount inboard by the drive shaft tunnel and use rubber bushings also on the '63 the holes in the body mounts are smaller than all the rest of the years
also no slots for side pipe mounts on 63 or the reinforcement at the back of the side frame rails in front of the rear tires. Also the seat belts are only attached to the body, on 63 and I think 64, no connection to the frame.
Everything stated so far is correct. 67 has different parking brake cable settup using a pulley since lever is mounted between seats. Long front to rear brake line routing is a significant change as 66 and 67 moved to lower inside edge that can actually be changed out without lifting body, while early frames the line is mounted on top and impossible to get to with body bolted down.
