Here's something you don't see everyday. A split window with a sunroof. Yes i know it's not factory. I was watching an episode of Hawaii 5-0 and caught this. Probably around 1973 or 74. Just shows they weren't worth much back then.
We all have our preferences, for sure...... I would like to see more photos, but overall, I thought it was kinda cool...... but, I am one of those who's Dad took him to the World of Wheels and Autorama Car Shows, as well as drag races when I was an impressionable kid...... the all stock stuff did not move the needle.....

I would never put a sunroof in my cp. but I tried something this past summer. I had my cp out for a ride and I checked the inside temperature with my IR gun. Then I took my convertible out with the top up for the same amount of time, the temperature inside the convertible was actually 5° hotter than the cp. Then I took the top down on the same sunny day and the inside temperature of the convertible was 20° warmer. It pretty much prove to me that the cps are not any hotter than the convertibles. And the comparison was pretty even because Both cars are blue with white interiors.
