All the VIN number will tell you is whether the car is a coupe or convertible and the approximate birth date. This car was born on December 6, 1962 and is a convertible.
The Trim Tag tells you that this convertible was the 2,151 one built for the '63 model year. Exterior color (916A) Daytona Blue Metallic, Interior color (490B) dark blue vinyl, base car.

Well, it is the 4414th 1963 Corvette built, it's a convertible, it was the 2151st convertible body built, it was painted Daytona blue and had dark blue interior.
