Default C1 Quick Jack

Haven't ordered the Quick Jack 5000TL yet, question, will it work on the C1s as well as it does on the C2s, from what I have been studying it should work but thought I'd ask you knowlegable people who I'm sure someone has used it, thanks

I’ve had one for a couple of years and it works just fine. I’ve left it on the jack extended periods no problems

It's a hassle on either one. Get an aluminum 3 ton jack and a set of jack stands. You'd be much better off.

Works nicely on both C2 (with sidepipes too) as well as C1

Absolutely perfect for our C1 and C2. Can securely raise either in just minutes. I did fill the 3 voids in each jack with 2x6s to make the rubber spacers more relevant.

Been there and done that for many years, the QJ may be some hassle to set up but no doubt MUCH safer than the car 2 ft in the air sitting on 4 jack stands especially when under it doing trans or rear swaps, but I see your point 2K

Then why does Quickjack tell you to use 4 jack stands under the car when its jacked up in their instructions for added safety?
