Front Spindle Diameter
I'm replacing the front wheel bearings on a '67 and noticed that the inner bearing is an easy slip fit on the spindle. seems a little to easy. measuring the spindle diameter i get a approximately 1.252". close enough? the spindle doesn't evidence any over heating at the bearing mating surface, that is, it isn't blue or burnt looking. thanks.
