This older guy thought it would be easier to put the entire dash together rather than laying under the dash to hook everything up. I have the new pads on, the restored cluster on all thread, and the new wiring harness installed. The problem I'm having is that a few of the bulbs and their sockets fall out whenever there is any movement. To those that have done it this way, how did you route the harness.? Did you use the two plastic pins that go in the cluster?

I don't see how there would be enough slack in the wiring harness to do that.

The bulb sockets should be tight enough whereas they don't fall out with movement. And, yes, use the two plastic pins in the harness to secure it to the top of the cluster.
