You will be lifting the car at the frame rails, with the load spread across each side so it wont be a problem. the frame has support at the rear and nose.
Are you lifting just the frame with the engine mounted or the whole car? The reason I ask is when I had a rolling chassis minus the engine and trans up on the quickjack, I put the wheels/tires up on the front crossmember after I removed the the front suspension. It had the potential to tip with rear suspension still on the car. Otherwise, no issues.
