Default Need some help please

Just about ready to get frame to be media blasted, but I need advice on how to drop the transverse differential mount. Removed the bolts from underneath pried and dead blow hammer and it dropped a bit, but that's it. doesn't respond to a little more encouragement. Am I missing something?.........Parts everywhere, organize tomorrow and label!!

Many thanks for the help

We had success by driving wood shims between the frame and cross-member. Very loud pop when it came loose.

I agree with Keith.

A six foot long pry bar seems to work well on those connections that are fighting you. Here is a picture of what it should look like after the removal of the cross member just to give you some perspective. Picture from a 64'. Good Luck with it. C.J.

Black 62 and red bubble top? Since Z-11 is your posting I assume '09s? I am also working on cloning my high school 64 impala SS 409. A little more ci and HP than it had though
