Did you place your "wtb" (want to buy) ad in the C1-C2 Parts section? Search eBay? Dennis

Enzo,
If you can't find an NOS in a sealed box, K&B Corvette makes an amazing reproduction...judges well. Most of the vendors sell this cap...it's the more expensive one.

You will likely have big disappointment if you buy an NOS Delco Remy distributor cap in a sealed box. Better off buying a lottery ticket.

One does not know what markings are on the cap until you pull the string. Could be PATENT PENDING, PATENT PENDING R or one with the 047 part number on it. Just buy a nice used cap so you know what the markings are. You will have a quality cap, no judging point deducts and something that will last a very long time.

and a 58 year old cap just might crumble if you squeeze it too hard...
