Struggling with trying to get the new fuse block into the firewall. Does anyone have some tricks or tips?
Ok, I got it in. Removed the firewall insulation and managed to get it in. Helps to bend the harness so it lays flat before putting the screws in. I used a wire to make sure I had the alignment right. Now I'm trying to determine which harness goes where. Since I took it apart long
ago and didn't mark it I'm not sure. Looks like the engine harness goes inboard and the front light harness goes outboard.
Can someone please look at their C2 and follow the fwd lamp harness to the fuse block. I think it goes to the drivers side of the fuse block. The engine harness plugs into the inboard side.
On R66, the headlight harness connector is to the outside (fender side) and the engine harness is to the inside (engine side).
Hope this helps, can't give you a picture as I have cruise and a mess of wires above it.

the configuration of the plastic housings are such that they can't be reversed. mike
You are correct! When I first looked at it, I thought you could flip one over 180 deg and interchange them, but on second look, the key and corresponding notch prevent that. Thank you!
