Temperature gauge
The electric choke on my 63 327 (Holley 80570 ) is defective so it was disabled until the replacement arrives. Immediately thereafter, while driving the temperature gauge is not working. Could the temp gauge be powered off the choke wiring?

Not unless somehow they connected the choke wire to the pink gauges wire and you blew the fuse while you were “disabling” the choke. In that case, the fuel gauge wouldn’t work either. If the fuel gauge is working, the wire is probably not plugged onto the temperature sensor as they told you.
