Default 2 simple questions

C-1. Doing a little “fixin up” more correctness on my 61. First off ocean someone provide me with the dimensions for the plate that is identified as 3717868 plate in the aim Section 11-13 sheet 5. I’m sure I have material and competence to fab one if I can get the right dimensions, including how thick. I got tired of looking at 2 fender washers up there.
Soecond, the length and grade of the 3/8 - 16 fastener that fastens the clamp for the distributor. I removed the flat steel? clmping device and replaced it with the proper wire clamp and metal retainer. The fastener I removed was 5/8 inch long and I am not comfortable with the thread engagement it provides. I believe a 3/4” long fastener would be fine but I really want what the general installed at the time of assembly. Don’t want to screw up my timing or my adapter plate. I have included photos.. Thank you very much in advance .

the plate is kind of hard to measure with the hood in place, but it sure looks like 4.30" x 1.00" x 0.60"
