I’m 6’4” and need all the headroom I can get.. I removed the tracks and height adjusters and bolted the seats directly to the floor as far back as possible.
I removed all of this to lower the seat about 2 1/2”.
Here is the seat track and adjuster.
Here is the height adjuster I also removed.
I retained the bolster and lumbar adjustments.
I have a TKO 600 and I also moved the shift lever to the other side for another inch of room on the side.
Much better!
More room all around. Note that my feet are on the floor, not on the pedals. When driving I don’t have any steering wheel clearance issues.
