Default Part Identification Help

These came with my 1962 340hp when I got it from my cousin. He has passed but had dozens of projects; these were in the Corvette parts bin.

All are 5/8” wide with a slight bend at 3/16 width, and three 1/4” holes.

Two are 11” straight, two are 10 1/2” straight, and two are 11” with a 45 degree bend at 10” length.

Thoughts? I really appreciate all the great contributions from smarter and saltier folks on this forum!

Thanks,
Kurt

could be weatherstrip retainers for the top. Around the top/back of the door glass.

I agree, they're the weatherstrip retainers for a 56-62 convertible top frame.

These are for the weather stripping around the driver's and Passenger windows. They attach to the soft top frame that surrounds the top and rear edge of each window. The WX stripping rubber is sandwiched between them and the soft top frame. They are held in place by a set of screws which are specific to this application---wide head in lieu of washers. These screws can be found on the Covette Central Web site.

Media blast them and paint them. They should be good as new. They are NOT inexpensive to replace.
