Default 1965 brake line plug size?

I’m changing a front caliper this week and have to plug the brake line. I’ve never done this before and I think I understand how to do it, but I’m not sure what size plug to get.
Does anyone know for sure? It seems like you can buy packs of them that are fittings. It would be nice to know the exact one I could pick it up local quickly.

I usually cut the finger off a disposable nitrile glove and slip it over the end of the brake line, then either seal it off with a twist tie or a rubber band looped around it several times.

There are no cap fittings for the hard line's threaded nut that will seal the flare; plugging the line at the frame bracket is a messy job. Best you can do is push the point of a skewer in as firmly as you can. The fluid may still end up seeping past and dripping - keep the cap sealed on the master to aid in creating a vacuum.

Tips:
make sure the rubber line is connected to the caliper before you attempt to connect the hose to the brake line at the frame
make sure to use a copper washer on the rubber hose to caliper joint
make sure the rubber hose isn't twisted during installation - there's a stripe (or ribs) on it to see this. The stripe shouldn't twist more than ~1/4 way around the hose from end to end once installed

I use a small cork from Home Depot. Has never failed me on the brake lines or fuel line when changing a fuel pump.
