When I converted my 67 ragtop to power windows, I bought most of the stock parts from Sokolowski in Los Angeles. I had the motors rebuilt by a CF-recommended place. I avoid aftermarket parts if possible, since they're harder to troubleshoot and repair.
Also, I would consider this type of switch to avoid replacing the door cards.

I use Nu-Relics. They work great and fit fine. There are others which are way too powerful and can get stuck in the down position requiring you to remove the door panel and unstuck it with the screwdriver.
