How do the Delphi twin lock terminals remove from the connector? Pushed in both side wings. Does terminal push back towards wire or pull toward you looking at it? Are there different wire gauges?

 

Yes on each side there is a tab you retract from the front. I use a jewelers screwdriver tip.

Once released you pull from the wired side.

Yes there are different gauges.

 

Do you know who has these terminals in small quantities? Maybe 10 of each size.

 

Here's one.... Ebay has some too. Note you can always solder if you need to for the larger gauge wires. I'd solder all anyways.

I'll be getting some of these via ebay. I'm replacing both frontal harnesses on my 65 and need to be ready if I see anything strange when I unplug the old ones.

 

Too bad the side that fails seems to be the fuse block.
