What do these numbers mean, I was told it was orignally A 250 HP. When A frame off was done they changed heads and put A Eldbrock 2101 intake along with A Holly. Just trying to figure what I have.

Look a bit closer at the pad on the right front of the engine block. F06IIRC maybe?? That, then, would be a Flint block, assembled on June 11 as a 327 cu. in/250 HP engine with a four barrel carburetor and manual transmission for a Corvette.
The 3917291 heads are from, either, a '68 302 or '68 327/350 cast on April 18, 1968.
