I am considering purchasing used diagnostic instruments from the following two Companies. Do you have any experience with either or both of them? How did it work for you?

1) INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING SERVICES, aka IMS SUPPLY

My first choice is a Heathkit CO-1015. Failing that a Mac Tools ET 975
