Need a pic of baffle mounted to radiator bracket
58. Glass on top or under radiator 4 bolt bracket

Your rad support should have 4 welded on nuts.

The three bolts have nuts welded, the 4 are just holes. Does that lay on top or under baffle edge?

Those four holes should have weld nuts in them, looks like they may have been drilled out. Fiberglass baffle mounts under that bracket with bolts into the weld nuts.

You may have the bracket upside down as well. I'll look for a pic from mine........

If you are referring to the three long studs, no, too long. They hold the grill shell to the body and were just in there for mockup. This was after the car came back from being painted and I was test fitting everything and getting ready to do the black out.

Baffle has "J" clips that the bolts screw into from the bottom.
