I have a Holley 2818-1 and I don't understand the date number. It has a 3262 under the 2818-1. I thought it meant 1963, 262nd day? Like Sept 19, 1963 for an early '64 365HP. Then I read that the 2818-1 was for 1965s. What do I have??

Nope. Sorry but Holley carb date codes were three digit until 1973. But a 2818-1 is still not a common carb, and IIRC (not doing lookups right now) is for 1965 L76s. If I didn't already have a 2818-1 for my '65, I'd be querying you for a sale.
