new the the forum although not new to ownership of a c2 1966. Redoing bonding on the hood underside and noticed a lot of play in the hood Mount brackets. Wondering if these are original or aftermarket and if there should be so much play in the pressed bolt that creates the hinge. Stamp seen here is the only identifying marking.
Phil - Welcome to the Corvette Forum. I've run across hood hinges that needed some help, like staking the rivet/pin to take up some of the slack but after all these years, they can get worn.
That odd 4-eared spring-like washer also get's loose from use and some times you do have to just bite the bullet and buy new.
I've bought new hinges and the complaint I have about them is they are frequently too tight. A little play is acceptable.
By the way, you do know that all new members have to post up pics of their Corvettes...right? :-).

I can't say if they're GM or repro's. The original GM hinges had that "double mountain" manufacturer's logo on them, but the two different repro's available (one US made and one foreign made) both have the double mountain logo also. The US made ones did have a "PR" in a diamond shape stamped in the underside (the side facing the hood when bolted down), while the foreign repro doesn't have any markings besides the double mountain. The US made ones may now be discontinued.
Vet65te is right about the hinges getting loose and sloppy after years of use, and if they're too sloppy you're better off just buying a new pair for $50.
Curious how much of your hood needs rebonding and how you addressed it. Mine has an area that is separated that I need to fix.
I have used 3M "Panel Bonding Adhesive" 08115 with great success. I've used it on hood and body panels. You need to buy a special gun to apply but it's worth it. Great product. Apply a good bead them clamp or in the case of my hood I used weighted shooting bags (or bags of shot) to hold together till cured (overnight).

hey! I was advised to use 3M product 5200
they make it in black so you don’t have to paint it. Just shim it up to get clearance, remove any loose old bond, leave what’s still stuck-
dab some dime size drops where it’s needed. Pull shims and use some toweled bricks in the frame to help it set. I’m in the middle of mine right now.
