I was reading a post from a few years back.......Mainly because the issue that Captain66 was experiencing in that post was exactly, to the letter, what I had discovered with my 67 when attempting to adjust my headlight beams this past week.
Captain66 Post subject:
"I hate electrical problems, coming home last night in the 66 I noticed that both Left side headlights are very dim. Turn off High beams and the Left side low beam gets brighter and the high beam headlight its filament glows very dimly. I'm guessing a poor ground somewhere ? Right side headlights are both good. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated."
65GGvert had suggested that I start a new post:
Jack (65GGvert) is one of the "Go to" Contributors on this Forum, particularly on electrical issues that novices (ME) run into....... Jack was reluctant to contribute to a multi-year old post.
My 67 had experienced a front end rebuild. After getting the Corvette back, little issues that I do not mind fixing (heater hose inner fender bracket) and other minor items needed attended to. I can work on with these items with my physical limitations..
65GGvert's last offering on that old post were these 2(two) Diagrams which are going to be very helpful.
I believe we have determined that my issues are forward of the horn relay. When I get the opportunity to get to the headlight bulb and extension harness connectors, I will disconnect clean and reconnect them.
Thanks, Jack for your input!

EDITED - The Ground Screw is at the radiator support, Driver's Side, Right Behind the Horn Relay... On the wiring diagram, it looks more separated (my goof)
On my '66 its a Squeeze n Pull type clip, hard to get my hands on it - A bit easier from under the bumper.

Reason: Accuracy
All,
I believe as Jack (65GGvert) had mentioned in another thread, the ground fault is after the Horn relay, either in the extension connector or the headlight plug. I looked at the extension connector....it is almost out of reach to disconnect and inspect. I have enlarged this photo and can see the ground wire on the extension side of the connector appears to be damaged or pulled out! Any magic to grab and disconnect that connector if I need to? Actually I wiggled to harness just in front of the extension connector and the left headlight went bright!!! So, I firmly believe the ground issue is either in the above pictured connector or the bulb plug...which I have removed the headlight benzel. I will remove the bulbs and check those plug connections first. Not very clean considering the entire clip replacement!?!?!? Lots of body shop dust!
The problem will be a bad connection in the black wire on one of the two plugs on the side that’s dim. There’s one at the bulb and one at the wheel well. you’ve got to clean out that black wire connection in the plug to fix your problem.
I sent you a picture long ago with arrows, pointing to where your problem will be. Look back at the picture I sent of the headlight with the arrows pointing to the black wire, look only there that’s where the problem will be.

Hey Jack,
I actually posted that picture in this new thread in post #1. I will get my boys over to the garage to pull that connector. The one in the bucket is not the problem but easier to disconnect, which I will do.
I would like to think the problem would be in the one where you wiggled the wire and the light got bright.
As you have mentioned, Jack, the bulb connectors are good....removed them, cleaned them, a dab of dielectric grease and back together. Hey, putting the chrome bulb retaining ring back in place was fun! Finally remembered after a few years of not changing bulbs to attach the spring to the ring first before reassembly.
I believe I have a path to access the extension connector just under the front clip......
