Does anyone have pics of how the cable/connector to p/w switch fits in the recessed cup? It would see like there needs to be some modification to get the cable/connector to fit in the cup
Bill - You'd think they would have made some sort of trough or access path for the wiring harness but 'nope'. Since the switch is screwed to the bottomside of the console, it's just a matter of pressing the connector up onto the
switch as you drop the console back down and 'coercing' the wire harness into a hook shape to drop into the fiberglas cup and then running it forward on the passenger side of the tunnel. Does it work, yes, is it pretty, no.

As the old saying goes...'it could be worse'. Check out the bubba-fied existing PW connector I found on my 65 L78 Roadster. Must be a common place for people to hack so the
vendors offer a shorty connector harness to graft into place in lieu of the messed up wiring.
