Well for openers, unless it's just the photo angle it appears this hose is sitting right on the exhaust manifold. It's a simple fix, but would make me question what Bubba did the work on the car.

Love the air cleaner lid placement so that the sticker is facing to the rear of the car.

I noticed that too, but figured it's such a minor fix I wouldn't mention it. But you are right, stuff like that does not instill confidence in an informed buyer.
The wiring and hoses need tidying up, the paint in the door jams looks a bit thin and dry, but it does have have vintage A/C, electronic fuel injection, a 4 speed auto and a Borgeson steering conversion.
How well all that’s been done ? Who knows.
No photos of the underside and a bit light on details.
I would get a knowledge C2 guy have a good look at the body, frame & birdcage.
If all good underneath and your ok with the modifications (old parts supplied) it looks like a decent “driver” type car, but I can’t comment on price, others will I’m sure.
good luck
67 is the "best" year for a C2. Automatic not so. Body looks good. Paint seems a bit dull. Could be photo conditions... if not that might be a problem. You could offer them $72,500 (and I would be scared they would take it) that would leave you some room if you need to do something. I would really want to think about the paint a bit and of course hearing it run.

Looks like a typical, cheap “closed door” repaint.
