Hi Everyone--
Hope someone can help me identify this item from pics below. Dad had marked for 53-54, but no indication of what it actually is used for and trying to make sure I list accurate descriptions as I post things for sale from his collection. Panel measures 12.25" x 9", has the bend visible in pics and small holes (3 bottom, 3 right side, 2 top and 1 in bent edge of pic #1), along with cut-out on left upper edge.

OP, I was hoping Chris would chime in on your request for information. Chris owns TIN Restorations and specializes in early C1 restorations. He has seen every part on these cars hundreds of times. If he says your part is not from the '53 - '55 era, you can take it to the bank.
