Default 62 wire harness replacement

Planning to replace the wiring harness in my 62, over the winter. The car is far from original, the motor and transmission are not original to the car. I have added AC. cruise, alternator, electric auxiliary fan and headlight relays.
I am considering using American Auto's updated wiring kit. Has anyone on the forum used one of this kits in a C-1? If so, I would appreciate any comments you may have. In speaking to on of their sales guys, I was told that
the kit includes bulb sockets for headlight, tail lights and dash lights but I can't see these on the pictures of the harnesses. Were these included in the kit you used?

I have used American Autowire in the past and am currently putting one in my 59. Nice setup .
Yes,they include the sockets and plugs.Be prepared to do a lot of soldering and shrinkwrap. Did you order the upgrade kit? For your car ,that would be best.

I used Lectric Limited in our '62. It worked perfectly.

Looking at using the restomod kit. I looked at this kit from American Auto wire and also from lectriclimited and they both show the exact same picture and same price for the kits on their web sites.
Are these two suppliers connected is some way or do they buy some of their kits from another source?

Just checked with Lectric limited and found out that they outsource some of their products like the restro mod kits.

That's disheartening to see.

I have used LL in a few of my rebuilds and have had good experiences with them. They were original style harnesses though.
