Your description is too overlappinig to understand. First off, forget the key off and on when troubleshooting the brake lights. They work the same both ways, so leave the switch off and state what the brake lights do. Then, use some punctuation or spaces between what you do to test so it makes sense.
What happens when you step on the brake with the key off?
What happens to the brake lights if you move the turn signal switch with the key OFF?
Keep your foot off the brake and what happens with the turn signals (front and rear) if you turn the key on and turn the turn signal to each side?
How do you know the flasher is good?
All the lights front and rear have to have a good ground from the socket to the car ground to work properly. Have you checked any grounds?
Separate your answers as I did the questions. One step at a time.
Rereading your post, it really sounds like you have lost the ground for your front turn signal/park socket and/or rear turn signa/ brake lights. The turn signals and brake lights at the rear use the same wires, bulbs, filaments, and grounds. A bad ground can cause all kinds of problems even in the opposite lamps from where the problem is because the voltage will seek a ground wherever it can find one, including the other filament in the bulb since they share a ground. With the lenses off all sockets, I would turn on the key, turn on the turn signal one way or the other and connect a jumper to the bumper and the other end to the metal part of the bulb base. Try on each bulb and see where there is a change when connected. If anything changes, you have a bad ground from loose wire, corrosion around the socket, or between the bulb base and connector. Try with the turn signals individually, both left and right and key on. Also visually inspect the bulb base and sockets for corrosion.
